- If the claim is validated, store credit will be issued to the buyer's VersityFinds account equal to the purchase amount (excluding delivery fees unless the issue was delivery-related).
Liability Details
The business is liable for:
- The quality and safety of the food.
- The contents of the product.
- The packaging of the product.
The delivery driver is liable for:
- The integrity of the package during transit.
- Any mishandling or damage caused by improper care.
